What matters now
- The price is below even our cautious bear case (€0.4900). The market is more pessimistic than our downside scenario.
- The models converge in a tight band (€0.4900 to €0.5600), unusually little disagreement for a valuation.
- Evidence is limited here (fewer models, shorter history), so the fair value is a rougher estimate than usual.

How to read this chart

Analysis
Global Fashion Group SA (GFG) currently trades at €0.4420, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is €0.5200, implying the stock looks roughly 17.7% undervalued today. The Quality Score stands at 53/100 (solid quality), in the Consumer Cyclical sector. Bull case: trading below our estimate, it may offer upside if the fundamentals hold. Bear case: a low price can be a value trap when quality is weak or the data is thin (evidence: low), always confirm before acting.
Over the trailing twelve months, Global Fashion Group SA generated revenue of €680M at a net margin of -8.9%. Revenue declined 6.5% year over year. It earns a return on equity of -30.4%. The balance sheet holds a net cash position of €85.9M. Fundamentals as of Aug 13, 2026
Our scenario range runs from €0.4900 (bear case) to €0.5600 (bull case); at €0.4420, the current price sits below that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 25% below its 52-week high and 92% above its 52-week low, currently above its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Consumer Cyclical peers we cover trades at -38% fair-value upside, at 18%, GFG screens cheaper than that median.
Fair Value models
Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.
All 2 models by family
Widest divergence: Multiples (€0.9200) versus Asset-Based (€0.4600). Highest evidence: EV/EBITDA (54).

Quality Score breakdown
Of which business quality 52 · Market factors (momentum, volatility) 59
Non-valuation factor families (profitability, growth, cashflow, financial strength, momentum …), each academically grounded. Valuation itself sits in the Fair Value and is deliberately excluded here to avoid double-counting.
All values are scores from 0 to 100 (100 = best against fixed, research-based bands), not percentages. The three market factors (momentum, 52-week proximity, low volatility) are displayed but carry zero weight in the headline number: market sentiment is not a business property.

How we calculate Fair Value
Each company is valued through a stack of independent intrinsic-value models (DCF variants, residual-income, multiples and more), blended into one family-balanced consensus and weighted by how much trustworthy data backs it. A separate quality layer scores the fundamentals. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.
