What matters now

  • The model range is unusually wide ($0.6380 to $1.86). The outcome hinges heavily on assumptions, so read the point estimate with caution.
  • The price sits in the upper half of our model range, so the margin of safety is thin.
  • Read the verdict with care: some models are missing inputs, so the estimate scatters more than usual.

Analysis

One Group Hospitality Inc (STKS) currently trades at $1.68, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is $1.86, implying the stock looks roughly 9.8% undervalued today. The Quality Score stands at 29/100 (below-average quality), in the Consumer Cyclical sector. Bull case: the Multiples group reads highest at a median of $14.50 per share, and 4 of the 4 models we run sit above the $1.68 price. Bear case: the Asset-Based group reads lowest at $2.45, and 0 of the 4 models stay below the price. Evidence for this calculation is medium.

Over the trailing twelve months, One Group Hospitality Inc generated revenue of $807M at a net margin of −11.2%. Revenue grew 0.8% year over year. It earns a return on equity of −57.3%. Net debt stands at $647M. Fundamentals as of Aug 19, 2026

Our scenario range runs from $0.6380 (bear case) to $1.86 (bull case); at $1.68, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 68% below its 52-week high and 2% above its 52-week low, currently below its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Consumer Cyclical peers we cover trades at −47% fair-value upside, at 11%, STKS screens cheaper than that median.

Fair Value models

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted, family-balanced blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.

Model Bear Bear = the cautious scenario: the same model computed with conservative anchors (lower growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bull it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target.BaseBull Bull = the optimistic scenario: the same model computed with favourable anchors (higher growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bear it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target. Evidence
