Tribal Group plc, through its subsidiaries, provides software and services to education institutions internationally. The company operates in two segments: Student Information Systems (SIS) and Etio. The Student Information Systems segment offers software, and subsequent maintenance and support services; and deploys and configures software solutions, asset management, software-related solutions for higher education and vocational learning, and information managed services for its customers. The Etio segment provides inspection and review services that support the assessment of educational delivery, as well as a portfolio of performance improvement tools and services, including analytics. It serves further and higher education institutions, employers, and school sectors, as well as work-based learning training providers. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in Sheffield, the United Kingdom.
