The company was formerly known as BAUMA S.A. and changed its name to ULMA Construccion Polska S.A. in November 2006. The company was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Brwinów, Poland. ULMA Construccion Polska S.A. is a subsidiary of ULMA C y E, S. Coop.
